The rare cheese in the upper row is a smooth, creamy and light mouthfeel. It has a refreshing taste with a slight acidity. On the other hand, the baked cheese in the lower row has a moist and rich mouthfeel like terrine. You can feel the richness of the cheese.


If you put it together, it will start with rare cheese and gradually become baked and have a mellow taste. The sponge with a fluffy texture is a good accent in the smoothness of the whole.


I can't choose between rare cheese and baked cheese because I want to eat them. It is a cheesecake that is delicious once and twice, which solves such problems.
