The "Sakura Fair" will be held from March 12th at shops and salons in Colombin. Limited-time sweets with cherry blossom motifs such as "Sakura Mont Blanc" are now available.

The lineup includes "Sakura Mont Blanc," which looks like a sakura mochi, which is popular every year, and "Sakura Tart," which is a gorgeous combination of chocolate, berries, and cherry blossoms with the image of spring by Patissier, floating on the surface of the water. Three items of "Sakura Mousse", a pale pink mirror cake reminiscent of cherry blossom petals. It will be on sale for a limited time until April 15th.

"Sakura Mont Blanc" is made by layering a cherry-flavored fromage mousse with a strong sour griot cherry jelly on top of the Jocondo dough, and squeezing the white bean-based cherry cream in a Mont Blanc style. A seasonal cheesecake wrapped in cherry blossom leaves that feels like a cherry blossom mochi. The approximate size is 8.5 cm in diameter x 4.5 cm in height. "Sakura Tart" is made by gently layering cherry-flavored diplomat cream (a blend of custard cream and whipped cream) on chocolate-flavored tart dough, and squeezing cherry-flavored shanti cream on top. A perfect match between double cream and chocolate-flavored tart, decorated with strawberries, raspberries, red currants, and cherry blossom petal-shaped chocolate. The approximate size is 7 cm in diameter x 7 cm in height. The price is 648 yen.


"Sakura mousse" is a dish of griot cherry jelly wrapped in white chocolate-based cherry mousse. The sourness of the jelly enhances the gentle sweetness of the cherry mousse, and the cherry leaves that are finely chopped into the Jocondo dough carry the scent of spring. An elegant cake with a pale pink napage that gives it a glossy finish. The approximate size is 6 cm in diameter x 5 cm in height. The price is 540 yen.
