A new sweet that is a mix of Japanese and Western styles!

At each Lawson store (excluding some stores), "Matcha bavarois with red bean paste" will be released on September 6th. The price is 260 yen (tax included).

This product is a bavarois made from Uji matcha from the main store of Riichi Tsuji in Kyoto. It is topped with red bean paste and whipped cream from Hokkaido. The bean paste is made from rock candy and is cooked using a method that retains the flavor of azuki beans. It's a "Japanese-Western eclectic" sweet that you can enjoy the taste of matcha, red bean paste, and cream.
