Kakiyasu Dining "Mont Blanc Potato Salad of Anno Imo and Pumpkin"
Montblanc ... I wonder?

At Kakiyasu Dining stores mainly in the Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka areas, a new product with a unique appearance, "Mont Blanc Potesara of Anno Imo and Pumpkin," will be released on September 1. The price is 400 yen (tax included) per piece.

This is a dolce salad featuring "Anno potato paste" using Anno potatoes from Tanegashima, Kagoshima prefecture. It looks like a Mont Blanc cake, but it is a potato salad that uses plenty of Anno potatoes, pumpkins, and chestnuts, which are in season in the fall.

Based on the cookie tart that is also used for cakes, the filling is layered with crushed potatoes and smooth Anno potato paste. In addition, chopped chestnuts are added to add an accent to the texture. Also, by adding honey, it has a slight sweetness.

The surroundings are decorated by squeezing a paste that mixes pumpkin and sweet potatoes, like Montblanc's marron cream. The finish is topped with cottage cheese. The natural sweetness of Anno potatoes and pumpkin and the slight saltiness of the aftertaste are felt. It is said that the calories are low because it does not use fresh cream.

If you heat it in the oven, you can enjoy it as a "baked potato salad" that is different from eating at room temperature.
