Keema curry made by combining minced lamb with tomatoes, onions, carrots and coriander, and adding several kinds of spices and herbs. Spicy and rum & coriander flavor is a addictive dish. Comes with raw coriander for toppings.



・ Coriander rice ball 156 yen

Rice balls made by mixing fried raw coriander and dried sakura shrimp in rice cooked with coriander paste. Every time you chew the rice, the flavor of coriander spreads. The chewy texture with glutinous wheat is also attractive.


・ Coriander vine me (Vietnamese sandwich) 399 yen

Vine Me, which is popular in Vietnam, is also available. Raw coriander, coriander potato (potato salad), stir-fried pork coriander, sardines, etc. are sandwiched between French bread and topped with coriander mayonnaise. A sandwich made with coriander! It also contains potatoes and has excellent volume.


・ Coriander red 230 yen

Deployed at the freshly baked bread corner. The dough is kneaded with dried coriander, topped with bisque-flavored sauce and coriander oil, and baked.


Coriander tends to lose its flavor when cooked, but this bread has a strong coriander flavor! The rich taste of the creamy bisque-flavored sauce is also luxurious. It looks good as a snack for wine.
