Ochanomizu Taishoken "Curry Rice"
That curry rice is back!

At "Ochanomizu Taishoken" (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo), "Curry Rice", which will be the first reprint menu in 40 years, will be on sale from August 23rd. Limited time until November 30th. The price is 770 yen (tax included).

This is the second installment of the "Treasure Recipe" series by Kazuo Yamagishi, the founder of Daishoken, who was called the "God of Ramen." In the first installment, " Chilled Gome Soba " was reprinted and sold.

Curry rice is based on the "Navy Curry" that Mr. Yamagishi loved since childhood. An original curry made by stir-frying pork, onions, carrots, and potatoes in lard, adding curry powder and "secret secret flavor" to the ramen soup of Daikatsuken. The spiciness is modest so that children and adults can enjoy it. It seems that you can enjoy the nostalgic and somewhat gentle, "this is Showa" taste.
