Chun Shui Tang will introduce "Seafood Hot Pot Noodles," "Hot and Sour Noodles," "Tapioca Hojicha Marron" and "Taiwanese Sponge Cake Hojicha Marron" as a limited time menu item.
Seafood Hot Pot Noodles
Seafood Hot Pot Noodles will be available from September 28, 2022 to February 20, 2023. The price is 950 yen for a single item and 1,450 yen for a drink set.
The soup is designed to be a hot pot where you put your favorite ingredients into the soup and eat it while simmering. The spicy hot-and-sour soup is especially popular among the soups that contain condensed flavors of ingredients, so this time, the chicken white soup is seasoned with soy sauce, and the original spice mix and hot-and-sour spices are used in abundance.
The dish is filled with seafood (scallions and shrimp dumplings), mushrooms, bean sprouts, and other ingredients, and is served with Chun Shui Tang's glutinous Chinese noodles, allowing customers to enjoy both the hot pot and noodles at the same time. Toppings such as fried onions, fried garlic, sesame oil, and raayu make the dish even more appetizing.
Sour and Hot Noodles
Hot and sour noodles will also be available from September 28, 2022 to February 20, 2023. The selling price is 900 yen for a single item and 1,400 yen for a drink set.
This is a reprint of a previously popular menu item. It is made with a mildly sour soy-sauce base and includes ingredients such as a yam, several kinds of mushrooms, and bean sprouts.
Taiwanese sponge cake hojicha marron
Taiwan Castella Hojicha Marron will be available from September 28 to November 30, 2022. The price is 980 yen for a single item and 1,480 yen for a drink set.
The redesigned black tea cream is decorated with marron paste, marron glace, and roasted caramelized nuts in a Mont Blanc style, and topped with hojicha powder. The black tea cream and hojicha, made from additive-free Japanese tea leaves, give the cake its unique savory flavor.
Tapioca Hojicha Milk
Tapioca Hojicha Milk will also be available from September 28 to November 30, 2022. The retail price is 750 yen.
This is also a reintroduction of a previously popular menu item. The fragrant hojicha-based milk tea is sweetened with chestnut paste and sticky tapioca.
