A gourmet event to enjoy tsukemen, "Tsukemen Expo," will be held at Okubo Park (Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo) under the theme of "Tsukemen VS Ramen, which is really delicious." It will be held from October 2nd to October 25th.


At the venue, the stores are divided into the Tsukemen army and the ramen army. Win or lose is decided by the votes of the visitors. Exhibitor stores are replaced every 6 days. There are 5 tsukemen shops and 5 ramen shops per team, for a total of 40 shops during the period. The holding time is from 11:00 to 21:00, but on the 7th, 13th, and 19th, it will be until 15:00 due to store replacement.


This year, it has been 60 years since Kazuo Yamagishi, the father of tsukemen, who died the other day, released "Morisoba," which will be the later tsukemen.
