Croissant bread is a bread that uses two types of Hokkaido wheat, Biei milk, and LeTAO's special cream. The dough is aged and fermented for 24 hours, and after the butter is folded in, it is aged at low temperature for 6 hours or more twice, and after it is formed, it is rested overnight. When toasted lightly, it tastes like sweets.
