Bourbon will release the chilled and delicious "mochimochi chocolate" and "jaga chocolate" series on June 7th.

"Chilled and delicious glutinous chocolate" is a product of ganache chocolate with reduced sweetness wrapped in soft mochi containing cocoa powder. By increasing the amount of fresh cream of ganache chocolate, it does not become too hard even when cooled, and you can enjoy the chewy texture. The estimated price is 200 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below).


"Jaga chocolate (chilled and delicious)" is a sweet and salty chocolate snack that combines salty potato snacks with mellow milk chocolate. By cooling it, you can enjoy a crispy texture. The estimated price is 140 yen.


"Jagachoco honey butter flavor (chilled and delicious)" is a chocolate snack that combines crispy potato snacks with honey butter flavored white chocolate. Cheese powder is used as a secret ingredient to give it a unique richness. The estimated price is 140 yen.


"Jagachoco Nano (chilled and delicious)" is a bite-sized product that makes it easy to eat chocolate in a cup. Two types, mellow milk and bitter black, will be on sale. The estimated price is 120 yen each.
