Lotte Premium Ghana Spring/Summer Flavor

Five seasonal flavors will appear in Lotte's Premium Ghana chocolate series. They are Premium Ghana Chocolat Carré [Caramel Salé], Premium Ghana Chocolat Carré [Pistache], Premium Ghana Nut Truffles [Amao Strawberry], Premium Ghana Chocolat Whip [Milk Vanille], and Premium Ghana Chocolat Whip [Douvre Nuts]. The "Ghana Chocolate Whip" is a specialty store. They are presented as spring and summer flavors tailored to the taste of specialty stores.


Premium Ghana Chocolat Caramel

Salé

"Premium Ghana Chocolat Caré Caramel Salé" is a caramel chocolate with fermented butter, caramel chips kneaded with Lorraine salt, and a layer of "Ghana Black". The richness of the caramel and fermented butter, the crisp Ghana Black, and the mellow saltiness of the Lorraine rock salt, allow you to enjoy the changes in flavor. Salé means "salt" in French. Premium Ghana Chocolat Carré

"Premium Ghana Chocolat Carré [Pistache]" is a pistachio chocolate with two kinds of pistachio paste and rock salt from Lorraine, layered with "Ghana Milk". Enjoy the aroma and richness of the double pistachios, the rich taste of the Ghanaian milk, and the mild saltiness of the Lorraine salt, as well as the ever-changing flavors. Pistache means "pistachio" in French. Contents: 64g (2.26oz).

Premium Ghana Nut Truffles

"Premium Ghana Nut Truffles [Amaou Strawberry]" are nut truffles with the sweet and sour taste of Fukuoka Prefecture-grown Amaou strawberries and the texture of hazelnuts. The complex and delicate taste of the three ingredients, Ghana milk that melts in your mouth, sweet and sour Amaou strawberries, and hazelnuts that spread a savory flavor and pleasant texture, will spread in your mouth. Vanille] "Premium Ghana Chocolat Whip [Milk Vanille]" offers the soft and light texture of whipped chocolate and the rich flavor of fresh cream from Hokkaido. It is flavored with 0.1% Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar, which gives it an elegant aroma that spreads in the mouth. In addition to the Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, vanilla beans are also used.
