Six types of sweets using gyokuro and matcha are on sale from May 12th at each Chateraise store.

Gyokuro is used in "Premium Pudding Uji Gyokuro". The top of the pudding is topped with pure fresh cream from Hokkaido, and the bottom is a slightly bitter gyokuro sauce. If you eat the three layers together, the flavor of milk and the sweetness of gyokuro will spread throughout your mouth. Released on May 18, the price is 162 yen (tax included, same below).

There are 5 types of sweets that use matcha. One of them, "Cream Chiffon Uji Matcha," contains matcha-flavored fresh cream inside the matcha chiffon, and is accented with Dainagon Natto. Released on May 18, the price is 220 yen.
