Mixed Berry Bousset

A smooth, melt-in-your-mouth cream blended with white chocolate and mixed berry cream mixed with sweet and sour candied strawberries and raspberry paste is sandwiched between soft, fluffy baked bouche dough. The bouquet has a melt-in-your-mouth texture, and the sweet and sour mixed berry cream is light and fluffy. Priced at 100 yen (excluding tax, same as below).

Rum Raisin Boussé

Soft and fluffy baked fine bouquet dough sandwiched with melt-in-your-mouth smooth cream blended with white chocolate, Chardonnay wine and apple liqueur, and in-house made liquor-soaked raisins with a touch of rum. This softly textured bouquet of rum-raisin cream melts in the mouth and has a deep, flavorful taste. Price: 100 yen.

Setouchi Lemon Boussé

A smooth, melt-in-your-mouth cream blended with white chocolate and lemon-flavored cream with dice of candied Setouchi lemon peel is sandwiched in a soft, fluffy baked bouche dough. The lemon-flavored cream melts in the mouth and has just the right amount of tartness and sweetness to give the bouquet a light and fluffy texture. Of the lemons used, 96% are Setouchi lemons.
