The "Yumitsuki Dog" introduced this time is a prepared bread with a long sausage wrapped in French bread dough. It is priced at 250 yen (tax included).

As you can see when you actually look at it, it is quite long. The one we purchased was measured to be about 24 cm long (individual measurements vary).

For To go, it is recommended to reheat the bread lightly in a toaster. This makes the surface of the bread crispy and fragrant, while the inside is soft. You can also taste the flavor of the wheat.

The sausage inside is moist and soft. The pepper and mustard on the inside of the dough is tangy and enhances the flavor of the sausage.

If you like the hard texture of the bread, you may not need to heat it up. The flavor of the wheat and the sausage seeps out as you slowly chew the bread, which is delicious in its own right.

If you tear along the slits, you can make it into bite-sized pieces. It goes well with beer or wine, so why not try it as a snack?
