Truffle Burger

A luxurious burger combining a 100% beef patty with Himalayan truffles. It uses Sarabeth's special Haller Bread dough, which is used for French toast, baked into a bun shape.

Ganduja French

Toast This French toast is made by sandwiching "Ganduja Chocolate" with hazelnut praline paste in a soft and fluffy texture, egg and butter flavor, and baked in Hallerbread.

The French toast is available only from December 1 to 31. Price: 1,850 yen (tax included).

Hot

Wine In December, "hot wine," perfect for the cold winter months, will also be available. It is a homemade hot drink made with cinnamon, cloves, anise, and several other spices and oranges.

Tres leches pancake

"Tres leches" means "three kinds of milk. The cake is soaked in three kinds of milk: condensed milk, evaporated milk, and fresh cream. Tres leches, which originated in Mexico but is also a popular cake in the U.S., has been arranged into a pancake this time.

Despite the mysterious name "pie" in spite of being a cake, it is popular all over the U.S. as a sweet treat with a simple flavor. At Sarabeth's, it is arranged as a pancake with banana pudding sandwiched between pancakes and topped with a generous amount of warm chocolate sauce.

It will be on sale from February 1 to 28. The price is 1,750 yen (tax included).

Fried Chicken Waffle

A sweet and salty combination of fried chicken on a waffle with plenty of butter and maple syrup, this is an addictive dish. This popular menu item is also available at Sarabeth's New York restaurants.

The hot tea is based on "African Autumn," a caffeine-free herbal tea blended with

orange rooibos

cranberry and citrus flavors, and orange apricot marmalade, one of Sarabeth's signature fruit spreads, added with orange juice and ginger. The refreshing aroma and sweetness of the orange and the black tea go well together to create a fruit tea that warms the body from the inside out.

It will be on sale from February 1 to 28. The price is 880 yen.


2022

Happy

Bag "2022 Happy Bag" will be available for pre-order from December 6. The pre-order period is until December 25. The gift box includes a mug, universal teapot, baked sweets, and a tin of tea leaves from "Harney & Sons," a premium tea brand from New York. The set also includes a 2,000 yen meal coupon that can be used at the store of purchase. The price is 6,000 yen (tax included).

Roasted Mushroom Benedict

: Jumbo mushrooms as big as the palm of your hand, thick and satisfying, topped with nutmeg-scented cream spinach, bacon with an aromatic flavor, a soft-boiled egg and creamy hollandaise sauce, all on a toasted muffin, a concentrated taste of autumn season. The special eggs Benedict is a condensed version of the autumn season's delicacies.

A special drink called "Chai Tea Latte," which combines Harney & Sons "Hot Cinnamon Spice" tea leaves with several spices and milk, will also be available.

Pumpkin French

& Fluffy French Toast

"Pumpkin French Toast" is made with special Haller's Bread, which is rich in egg and butter flavor, topped with pumpkin cream, lightly soaked in a homemade appareil with pumpkin puree and spices, and baked to perfection. A must-have for pumpkin lovers.

Paired with this dish is the Fluffy French Toast, a signature item that has been a favorite since Sarabeth's was founded 40 years ago, embodying the healthy and rich flavors that have made Sarabeth's iconic.

Pumpkin Spice Tea Latte

This special drink combines Harney & Sons "Hot Cinnamon Spice" tea leaves with pumpkin puree for a mildly sweet taste. The drink will be on sale from October 15 to October 31. The price is 720 yen (tax included).

Avocado Toast

Based on the Sarabeth's menu concept of "simple is best," the avocado is the key item of this

, and the owner Sarabeth has been particular about the quality of each ingredient, creating a perfect balance of taste, texture, and aroma. The product is available from October 13th to October 14th.

In addition to the "Avocado Toast" sold by itself, the "Avocado Toast Half Course," which includes the signature sweet items "Buttermilk Pancakes" or "Fluffy French Toast" (both half-size) and mini soup, is also available to cover all of Sarabeth's charms. Priced at 2,100 yen (tax included).

Churro French

Churros are a Spanish deep-fried pastry consisting of dough squeezed out of a star-shaped press, deep-fried in oil, and covered with honey, sugar, cinnamon, and other ingredients.

The churro French, inspired by the churro, is a special menu item of Sarabeth's original, a fluffy bread with the aroma of eggs and butter, quickly soaked in aperitif, baked with plenty of butter, and then coated with cinnamon sugar. This is Sarabeth's original special menu.

The menu is available from August 1 to August 31. The price is 1,630 yen (tax included).

Benedict Niçoise

A special menu featuring eggs Benedict, one of the signature items, arranged with a salad niçoise theme. It is inspired by "Salade Niçoise," a local dish of Nice, a tourist city in the south of France, and is made with summer vegetables.

The menu will be available from July 1 to July 31. The price is 1,710 yen (tax included).

Arnold Palmer's

homemade lemonade mixed with iced tea makes a refreshing drink. Available from July 1 through July 31. Price: 710 yen (tax included).


Avocado Eggs

In celebration of the fourth anniversary of the opening of the Nagoya branch, "Avocado Eggs Benedict" will be available as a Nagoya-only menu item from April 1 to April 30. Limited to 30 servings each day. The price is 1,710 yen (tax included).

Happy Bag The New Year's goodie bag "2021 Happy Bag" will be available for pre-order from December 14. The gift box includes a Sarabeth's logo tote bag (medium size), two types of "fruit spread" (a low-sugar jam that brings out the sweetness of fruit), the signature item that made the Sarabeth's name famous, homemade baked sweets, and a 2,000 yen dining coupon that can be used at the store of purchase. Churro

French French (limited to 30 servings per day at each store), an arrangement of one of the signature items, French toast, inspired by the traditional Spanish pastry "churros," will be offered from November 1 to 30. The price is 1,480 yen (tax not included).

French Suzette

A special French toast made by lightly dipping fluffy bread, fragrant with eggs and butter, in a rich aperitif of fragrant orange zest and fresh cream, resulting in a crispy surface and a soft, fluffy interior. When served with the sauce made with orange liqueur, fresh oranges and butter, it will fill your mouth with a fresh orange aroma and a subtle liqueur flavor.

Mango Coconut Brûlée French

Toast The surface of the French toast is brûléed to make it crispy, and topped with a mango topping. The mango topping is topped with mango. When the accompanying coconut syrup and sour cream are drizzled on top, the subtle sweetness of the dough and the sweet and sour taste of the mango are enhanced, creating a tropical flavor that fills the mouth with a full sensation.

Sunshine French Toast

A special menu featuring four typical American breakfast items on one plate: French toast, granola, fresh fruit, and yogurt. Homemade granola is sprinkled on the surface of the French toast and baked to make it crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

Berry White Chocolate Pancakes

Special pancakes inspired by White Day. The classic Sarabeth's pancake batter is kneaded with white chocolate and then cooked. The pancakes are moist and fluffy, and the gentle sweet aroma of the melted white chocolate will fill your mouth with a delightful sensation.

It will be on sale for a limited time from February 20 to March 14. The price is 1,550 yen (excluding tax).

Hot Spicy Chocolate

A slightly spicy chocolate-based drink with the flavors of ginger paste and marmalade. The bitter spiciness of the ginger and the fruity aroma of the marmalade create a rich drink that is not only sweet. The hot cocktail can be enjoyed with the optional addition of brandy for a more mature taste.

The limited time offer is from January 2 to February 14, the day of Valentine's Day. The price is 780 yen, or 880 yen if you add a drop of brandy to the drink (both prices exclude tax).

Happy

Gianduja French Toast

A winter-only menu featuring a twist on Sarabeth's signature "Fluffy French Toast. The French toast is made by sandwiching gianduja chocolate with hazelnut praline paste in Sarabeth's special Haller's Bread, which has a fluffy texture and the flavor of eggs and butter.

It will be available from November 22 to December 25. The price is 1,650 yen (tax not included).

Orange Ginger

A hot drink based on orange juice with ginger paste, known as a warming ingredient, and cinnamon for a sweet and spicy flavor. Add some brandy (available as an option), and you can enjoy it as a hot cocktail with an adult flavor.

Available from November 15 to December 31. The price is 680 yen, 780 yen with brandy (all prices exclude tax).

Strawberry Tiramisu Pancakes

Original pancakes created with a spring theme. The fluffy pancakes are served with strawberry tiramisu cream, raspberry whip, and strawberry sauce.

The strawberry tiramisu cream, which goes perfectly with the pancakes, has a subtle aroma and richness of cheese accented with sweet and sour strawberry flavor. The raspberry-flavored whipped cream and strawberry sauce, which brings out the fruitiness of the strawberries, allow customers to enjoy the pancakes with a variety of flavors.

Chocolat French

French toast is made with special Haller's bread, sandwiched with chocolate and soaked with chocolate aperitif. The hot chocolate that melts from the inside is said to be a perfect match with the abundant berry and banana toppings.

Galette

des Rois Pancakes

This menu item is a pancake version of the French baked cake "Galette des Rois" that celebrates the New Year at Sarabeth's. The pancakes are available only from January 2 to 14.
