"Premium Chococlo" series

Valentine

Heart-Topped Chocolat Smoothie

: A mature taste using bitter chocolate. By mixing the whipped cream and chocolate topping, the mild sweetness and richness of milk is added to the flavor.

Premium Chococlo Black Bean

Kinako Mochi

The mochi uses traditional New Year's ingredients such as black beans and mochi (rice cake). Kuromame (black soybeans) is meant to wish for "vigor and health".


Premium chocolate kurokuro is made of softly boiled, gently sweetened black beans and chunky gyuhi (rice cake), wrapped with chocolate. The crunchy kinako flavored cookie dough is covered with a generous amount of kinako. It has a nostalgic taste as if you are eating Japanese sweets.

Dark matcha green tea white bean smoothie

This smoothie has the rich aroma and bitterness of Uji matcha green tea. The refreshing taste will keep you coming back for more. Topped with kinako cream, shiratama (white bean curd), adzuki beans, and matcha chocolate flakes, it has a gorgeous parfait-like appearance.

Dark Green Tea Shiratama Latte

Soft sticky shiratama melts in the warm latte, and the sweetness of the azuki blends elegantly with the bitterness of the Uji green tea. Drink it as it is, then mix in some kinako cream for a different taste.

St. Mark's Hot Sandwich BLT

A hot sandwich with the salty flavor of thickly cut 8mm bacon wrapped in fresh tomatoes, lettuce and cheese. The juicy bacon and the umami of the tomatoes are a perfect match for the crispy dough.

This hot sandwich is a classic combination of ham and cheese. The saltiness of the cheddar cheese and the soft ham are appealing, accented by the texture of frilled lettuce and onions.

This is the second holiday-only product in the "Premium Chococlo" series, a slightly richer version of St. Mark's Cafe's "Chococlo". Mild pistachio white chocolate and sweet and sour raspberry jam are wrapped in crispy croissant dough.


The surface of the croissant is baked with pistachio cake batter, which gives it a moist texture and pistachio flavor, allowing you to taste pistachio both inside and out.

Chocolate Tokai Sm

: Collaboration with Gion Tsujiri, a long-established shop in Kyoto. Uji matcha green tea is kneaded into the chocolate inside, giving it an elegant sweetness and rich flavor. On the outside, just before baking, Uji matcha cream is squeezed over the top and sprinkled with Uji matcha chips, giving the cake a matcha green tea look.
