At each of the conveyor belt sushi chain "Sushiro" stores, the new "Kokumi Tuna Shoyu Ramen" from the "Sushiya Ramen" series was released on April 11th. The third in the series, following the sea bream dashi salt ramen and rich shrimp miso ramen. The price is 280 yen (excluding tax).

The soup is based on "roasted tuna oil" and is finished by combining "raw squeezed soy sauce" from a long-established soy sauce brewery in Shodoshima, Kagawa Prefecture, and 10 kinds of seafood-based ingredients. It is said that the seafood-based soup is rich but "clean and drinkable".

In addition, the ingredients are topped with deep-fried tuna tuna (broiled tuna at some stores).
