From February 24th to March 8th, at the restaurant inside the building, which is decorated with about 4,000 (!) Branches of the early-blooming cherry blossoms "Keiozakura" in Yamagata Prefecture, which are in full bloom in winter. The fair "Keioh Sakura Cherry Blossom Viewing Choi Drinking Festival" is being held where you can enjoy "little swallowing".
All 24 stores participated in the fair. In exchange for the "Choi Drinking Ticket" (three spelled, 3,000 yen including tax) sold during the period, you can enjoy the "Choi Drinking Set" that includes the popular dishes of each store and the recommended sake. You can use one card (1,000 yen worth) per store, which means that you can ladder three stores by spelling three cards! Tickets can be purchased at each participating store.

● Recommended restaurant of the eating editorial department
The En-eating editorial department has also used a little swallowing ticket to ladder for a preliminary survey of the welcome and farewell party in the future.
This time, I visited three stores, "Hakata Umauma" (1F), "Hanasai" (2F), and "7th Ubei" (2F). I chose it completely according to the mood of the place, but as a result I was very satisfied, so I would like to recommend it to everyone.
1st store: Hakata Umauma menu: Umauma special set
A set of 10 "Hakata specialty" dumplings and a glass of sake (a glass is put in a box and poured into it) instead of beer. The brand is Saga's "Nabeshima new moon". It has a fruity taste with no habit and is easy to drink, and shed the thick and meaty dumplings cleanly. Gyoza and sake go well together!
Burn your appetite here and go to the next shop.
2nd store: Hanamatsuri offer menu: Hanamatsuri little swallowing set
A great value set with 5 recommended Kushiage of the day, Akita's local sake "Jungin Takashimizu (sweet)" and "Freezing highball". Takashimizu is served as an aperitif, and highball is served with deep-fried skewers.
There are 5 types of kushiage on this day: quail, sausage, sillaginidae, hamukatsu, and lotus root. The batter has fine grains and a crispy mouthfeel! The wieners and quail eggs wrapped inside are hot and fluffy, and go great with kin and cold highball. Two glasses of sake are included, and the five skewers are quite voluminous, so the satisfaction level is quite high.
I'm already tipsy, but I have one more ticket so I'll go to another store at the end.
3rd store: 7th generation Ubei menu: Edo period sushi included Hakodate seafood little drink set
After all, the shime is rice! So, I came for sushi.
