"Okara dumplings" (600 yen plus tax) from the Tokyo stall is a dish that reproduces the dumplings of that time from the episode "The person who ate dumplings for the first time in Japan was Mitsukuni Tokugawa." Since he basically didn't eat meat in the Edo period, he used okara, which is also used in shōjin ryō, and added pork soup to make it juicy so that even modern people can easily eat it.
