The long-established sea urchin specialty store "Amagokoro Honpo", which was founded in Iki Island, Nagasaki in 1953, will open. The predecessor was the casual Italian "Ritchomania Kitchen," which served sea urchin in a Western style. This time, with a menu that specializes in Japanese food, it will be reborn as Uniya no Amagokoro.

One of the signature menus is the "Uniya Unidon", where you can choose the amount of sea urchin you like and the sea urchin from the production area on rice (200 yen / tax not included, the same applies below). You can enjoy the original sea urchin bowl by freely combining domestic sea urchins (seasonal March-October only), Chilean sea urchins, and other seasonal overseas sea urchins in units of 10g (0.35oz).

Domestic sea urchins from Sanriku, Kyushu, etc. are 10g (0.35oz) 480 yen, Chilean sea urchins, which are "the world's number one landed", are 10g (0.35oz) 280 yen, and overseas sea urchins, mainly American sea urchins from North and Central America, are 10g (0.35oz) 380 yen. In addition, a large serving of rice is free.

In addition, you can choose from four soup stocks, "sea urchin with plenty of vegetables" (2,000 yen), "slowly cook sea urchin rice" (1,800 yen) that takes about 20 minutes to cook in the audience, and sea urchin with chewy "raw noodles". Sea urchin dishes with various Japanese and Western arrangements are offered, such as the pasta with sea urchin "raw pasta with sea urchin butter soy sauce flavor" (lunch time from 1,480 yen).

One of the best desserts is "Amagokoro salt ice cream" (400 yen). You can choose one from the four types of "sea urchin salt" and enjoy it while sprinkling it on vanilla ice cream. Among them, the salt "Aosa" that incorporates "playfulness" has a novel taste that enhances the sweetness of vanilla ice cream with the fragrant sea lettuce flavor and the umami of sea urchin.
