This time, we will serve dishes using "Mangalica pork" from Hungary, which is a rare ingredient that you rarely see, and "Blue shrimp" grown in the sea of Brunei.

Mangalica pork is a rare ingredient in the world that was certified by the Hungarian government as an "edible national treasure" in 2004. It is characterized by its soft meat quality, melty high-quality fat and umami, and its refreshing taste seems to go well with Japanese food such as "pork cutlet" and "steamed pot". Blue shrimp, on the other hand, has a crispy texture and sweetness.
