Cocktails from the two hotel bars at The Tokyo Station Hotel are also introduced as a menu that applies to both singles and couples.
The bar "Camellia" offers two cocktails with champagne. The period is until December 31st. A separate service fee will be charged for 2,400 yen each.
"Strawberry Champagne" is a cocktail that uses plenty of fresh strawberry and is made into a Christmas color red. Champagne pommery, framboise liqueur, and lemon juice are well-balanced, and when you eat it, the sweetness and acidity of the strawberries spread lightly. It's refreshing and easy to drink, and it's a perfect companion for meals.
"Boire Chapampagne" is a dessert-like cocktail with pure white frozen reminiscent of snow. Frozen with plenty of cream has a soft pear scent and sweetness. You can enjoy three flavors, such as eating it with a spoon as it is, drinking it with the refreshing sour kiwi syrup at the bottom of the glass, or pouring it into the attached champagne pommery.
