Chaopakchee Shimokitazawa, a store specializing in coriander, opened in Setagaya-ku, Tokyo on February 16th. Currently, as an "opening campaign", a "Pakuchi prime" for take-out is being presented (finished as soon as it runs out).

On the menu are original dishes using domestic coriander sent directly from the farmer. For "Pakuchi Salad" (680 yen, tax not included, same below) that uses plenty of fresh coriander, "Negipaku Aged Tan" (1,280 yen) that spreads chopped onion and coriander on aged beef tongue, and fried shrimp "Shrimp tongue mayonnaise" (880 yen) with a specially made coriander mayonnaise sauce is offered.

The drink menu includes "Pakuchi Mojito" (680 yen) and "Pakuchi Umeshu" (same as above). Also, even people who are not good at coriander can eat some menus, so please consult the store.

The store is located on the B1F of the Sawada Building, 2-6-6 Kitazawa, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo. Business hours are from 12:00 to 16:00 for lunch and from 18:00 to 0:00 for dinner. If you want to enjoy the scent of coriander, the inside of the store is completely non-smoking.
