FamilyMart "Mango Tree Cafe" supervised four

new products FamilyMart's private brand "Famimaru KITCHEN" will release four new products supervised by "Mango Tree Cafe" on September 26. They will be available at stores in the Kanto and Kansai regions.

Mango Tree Cafe" is a sister store of "Mango Tree," which has its head office in Bangkok, Thailand, and operates Thai restaurants around the world. Mango Tree Cafe is a popular café-restaurant that offers traditional Thai flavors in a casual setting. In May 2023, FamilyMart sold four products under the supervision of "Mango Tree Cafe," including "Gapao Rice" and "Fried Egg and Curry Omusubi" in the Tokyo metropolitan area, under the concept of "making your lunch feel like an authentic Thai meal.

Now, as the second phase, the "Gapao Rice" and "Chicken Rice Noodle," which were particularly requested last time, will be re-released with a brushed-up version, and two new products, "Tom Yam Kung" and "Yam Woon Sen," which focus on aroma, spiciness, and authenticity, will be introduced.

The homemade rice-flour noodles have a glutinous texture and smooth texture, and are served in a chicken broth with fish sauce for an authentic taste. Topped with steamed chicken, minced chicken, pak choi, and bean sprouts. The optional pepper adds a nice change of flavor. The price is 598 yen.
