For the first time, the soft serve ice cream "Cookie Shoe Soft" that combines "Cookie Shoe" has appeared on MINISTOP. It will be released sequentially at each store from February 12th. All stores will be released on February 19th. The price is 250 yen (tax included).
This is a soft serve vanilla sandwiched between two cookie choux pastries that are made by wrapping the choux pastry in cookie dough and baking it. We do not use any toppings other than sugar powder (powdered sugar) because we want you to enjoy the simple taste.
● The texture of choux pastry is different between the top and bottom
You can enjoy a slightly different texture of cookie shoes depending on where you eat them.
For example, the choux pastry layered on top of the soft serve ice cream has a moist and soft texture and melts in the mouth. The taste is similar to the so-called "cream puff" dough. On the other hand, the dough underneath, which serves as a saucer for soft serve ice cream, has a refreshing texture and a fragrant, rich taste. The “cookie” character stands out.
● The same amount of soft serve as "Fondant Chocolat"
The soft serve ice cream of the cookie shoe soft is squeezed in the same amount as that used in the "Fondant Chocolat" series. When you take it in your hand, it is heavy and you can expect a considerable volume and texture.
● Various ways to eat
The cookie choux pastry is the happiest thing to stick to as it is, but if you do this, powdered sugar will stick around your mouth, so it is recommended to remove the upper choux pastry and eat while scooping the soft serve ice cream.
By the way, when it is served, it will be packaged and a dessert spoon will be included, so don't worry.
Soft serve ice cream, which has been offered in cups and cones, first encountered cookie shoes and created a new taste. I also tried it a little earlier, but it was so delicious that I thought it was a specialty store's sweets, so I wondered if 250 yen per piece would be quite expensive. Please try it with your favorite way of eating!
