Spilling spilling
How much bukkake bowl you can taste by "bukkake" the amount of spilled salmon roe. It won the Excellence Award at the "Tamachi Food Festival in Taito 2015 Donburi Grand Prix" held in 2015, and is now on the menu nationwide.
There is a plate under the bowl, so it doesn't matter how much it spills. Taking advantage of the "technique to bring out the umami of the ingredients" cultivated as a yakitori restaurant, it is said that the amount of soaked in homemade pickled sauce will be offered at "the time when the most umami is condensed".
