All of them use "espresso paste" developed using the roasting technology of Doutor Coffee, and you can enjoy the gorgeous aroma and umami.
The two-layer espresso cream puff is a combination of espresso paste and smooth coffee cream. The choux pastry is fragrant. The price is 129 yen (tax included).
On the other hand, the two-layer espresso crepe is made by combining espresso paste and coffee cream and wrapping it in a soft crepe dough. The price is 140 yen (tax included).
