"Moist gateau chocolate" is a cool and cold gateau chocolate that you can enjoy the moist and rich taste of chocolate. It is baked with plenty of original chocolate that is particular about the flavor of cacao, and added with fresh eggs, flavorful homemade pasteurized milk, and fragrant almond dice.

The dough is tailored so that you can enjoy a moist texture while retaining the lightness unique to baked confectionery by suppressing the amount of flour to a moderate amount and adding milk etc. to increase the amount of water. When you put it in your mouth, the dough melts moist and smooth, and you can enjoy the rich chocolate taste and fragrant almond texture as an accent.
