Cake yakitori is "Japan's largest meatball" with a diameter of about 15 cm, a height of about 10 cm, and a total weight of over 2 kg. The amount of meatballs used in the sponge part is equivalent to 16 regular meatballs. Also, it is decorated with mashed potatoes instead of fresh cream, and you can enjoy it with miso sauce and shichimi togarashi.
