At "Zenya Renso Honten Tokyo" (Otemachi, Tokyo) where you can eat and compare "local yakitori", the Christmas limited menu "Cake Yakitori 2016" has been released.

This menu imitates the stump-shaped cake "Bush de Noel". The sponge part is made with turmeric-blended chicken meatballs, which is equivalent to about 7 regular skewers. Also, instead of fresh cream, mashed potatoes that combine miso and soy sauce from "Higashimatsuyama Hibiki" are used, and powder made by squeezing soy sauce is sprinkled on the whole to finish it.
