EXILE's vocalist TAKAHIRO's first solo exhibition, "Beginning -Paint Stupid Diary-" is being held for a limited time until June 22nd. The venue is decorated with books and art that are TAKAHIRO's original works. I wonder how talented he is to have not only that sweet singing voice but also calligraphy and painting ... it's too nice !!

A hamburger produced by such a versatile TAKAHIRO is now available in Freshness! "Tuna & Avocado Burger " with Hawaiian cuisine arranged. I want to take advantage of my talent, so I tried it too!


Inside the buns, onions and tomatoes are layered on toasted tuna patties, and a quarter of a large avocado is laid out.


Like Hawaii (?), I tried to bite into it with a sprawl. ... this is !? It tastes like I've never eaten in Japan !! Tuna patty is a familiar taste to Japanese people as "tuna". The mellow and delicious tuna and avocado are combined with saimin sauce and shrimp sauce with a savory shrimp flavor to create a contrast of taste.

Patty is a little crispy when it's alone, but eating it with juicy tomatoes and mellow avocados gives the best balance! Yes, it's a perfect balance of sweetness and stimulation, just like TAKAHIRO ... !!

Also, the burger said, "Please add mustard to your liking," so I tried it and it was delicious again! The spiciness of mustard enhances the taste of tuna and the mellowness of avocado. Feeling like eating a local hamburger in Hawaii!

I also wanted to taste Hawaii, so I ordered additional "Hawaiian Furikake Chicken" and "Yellow Smoothie" that were released at the same time as the tuna and avocado burger.

Frikake chicken is a local Hawaiian food made by sprinkling fried chicken with sweet chili sauce. Keep the chicken in the burger bag, sprinkle it with chili sauce, and shake it.




The chicken batter is crispy! The inside is moist and juicy. The sweet and spicy sauce matches the fragrant flavor of the sprinkle, which makes me feel that it goes well with beer.


On the other hand, yellow smoothies are smoothies that mainly use "yellow ingredients" such as pineapple pulp and yellow paprika. The moment you drink it, you will feel the tropical sweetness of pineapple, and when you roll it on your tongue, the sourness of yogurt will spread, and after swallowing, a bit of bitterness will remain in your mouth. It's a magical drink that changes your facial expression just by taking a sip.


It seems that honey-pickled lemon is used as a secret ingredient, and it certainly contained something like yellow lemon peel. It has a very refreshing aftertaste and is perfect for summer!
