This product was created based on the hashtag "#My Idea of a Japanese Burger" submitted by 113,453 people (as of the start of the project on December 1, 2022) who follow the official Twitter page. The burger is based on the opinions of the fans, from the vegetables and patty to the sauce.

The thick fried tofu made of silken tofu is crispy on the outside and smooth and soft on the inside. The thick fried bean curd is crispy on the outside and smooth and soft on the inside. The black vinegar sauce with just the right amount of sourness and the spicy mentaiko mayo sauce intertwine well, allowing you to enjoy the savory taste of the thick fried bean curd and the richness of the sauce.
