Freshness Burger will sell new products, Kobe Beef Burger and Kobe Beef Cheeseburger, which use Kobe beef patties that are especially soft and juicy among the branded Japanese beef burger series. The new products will be available for a limited time from December 7. They will be on sale until January 17, 2023.

Beef Burger Branded Wagyu Beef Burger is back again this year. The star of this year's burger is, as last year, Kobe Beef, one of the three most popular beefs in Japan. A special patty made from 100% Kobe beef will be used for this year's burger, which will be offered at a price of less than 1,000 yen.

The 100% Kobe Beef patty is one of the fluffiest and juiciest patties in the Kobe Beef Burger series, and its high-quality fat gently melts and spreads in your mouth, giving you a direct enjoyment of its rich flavor and aroma.

The patty is paired with "Japanese Wasabi Butter Sauce" and "Japanese Watercress". The rich Hokkaido butter sauce with sakekasu (sake lees) is combined with the spiciness of chopped Japanese horseradish to create a special sauce with a deep adult flavor. The grainy taste of the chopped wasabi accents the sauce nicely. The combination of Japanese watercress with its subtle and elegant bitterness makes for a refreshing meal.

This burger has evolved from last year's Kobe beef burger with salt to a more luxurious and adult burger that combines more adult ingredients and pursues the Freshness style.
