This is the ninth year that Freshness Burger has held the Avocado Fair, a springtime staple. In addition to the new "Lime-Scented Classic Avocado Harissa Cream Cheese Burger" and "Avocado Shrimp Balsamic Cream Burger," the restaurant offers a total of five types of avocado burgers, including three that are sold year-round.


Fresh" avocados from Mexico are carefully peeled at the store and cut into bite-size pieces before serving. The avocados, which are thoroughly checked for quality and ripeness, are fresh, creamy, and delicious.

Classic Avocado Harissa Cream Cheese Burger with Lime

Harissa, a chili-based condiment with several spices, is combined with avocado for an exotic taste. The burger is made with half a creamy avocado, a thick juicy premium patty, and rich cream cheese, and the rich and addictively spicy harissa gives the burger a satisfying taste. The new style is arranged by squeezing an optional fresh lime by yourself.


The price is 920 yen (tax included). Available from Wednesday, March 8 to Tuesday, April 18.

Avocado Shrimp Balsamic Cream Burger

The royal avocado and shrimp combo is combined with a thick balsamic cream (a sauce made by boiling down balsamic vinegar with sugar) characterized by its mild sourness and sweetness. A quarter of a creamy raw avocado and plump shrimp go perfectly with the patty. The slightly sweet pumpkin bun with chestnut pumpkin kneaded into it adds a nice accent.


The price is 690 yen. Available from Wednesday, March 8 to Tuesday, April 18.

Classic Avocado Burger

A premium patty with a generous volume, topped with half an avocado. The simplicity of this burger allows you to directly feel the avocado's deliciousness. Price: 790 yen.


Classic Avocado

Cheeseburger

A classic avocado burger sandwiched between thick slices of rich red cheddar cheese. Made with 1/2 avocado. This burger is satisfying and popular among women. Price: 890 yen.

Soy Avocado Burger

100% plant-based soy patty with 1/2 avocado, sandwiched on a low-sugar bun (compared to the company's sesame buns) with about 45% less sugar content. The price is 690 yen. Animal products are used in the low-sugar buns.
