There are three flavors: fruit strawberry, fruit mango, and Uji matcha. The price is 680 yen each (tax included).


"Golden ratio honey shaved ice" was released last summer and was well received. It is finished by sprinkling honey, which is a mixture of fruits and syrup in a "golden ratio", on shaved ice using Kagoshima's hot spring water "Sakuradake", which is characterized by its sweetness and softness.

Fruit strawberry and fruit mango are made by combining homemade strawberry sauce and mango sauce with condensed milk on shaved ice, respectively. Both are topped with fruits such as mango, kiwi and berries.

On the other hand, Uji Matcha is made by combining matcha and black honey maple with shaved ice, and topped with azuki bean cream and shiratama.
