Cafe mocha and coconut oil shaved ice is an "adult-flavored" shaved ice made by sprinkling homemade espresso sauce and chocolate sauce on fluffy ice and topped with vanilla espuma and almonds. Coconut oil is attached separately, and you can enjoy the mysterious texture of coconut oil that has cooled and hardened in your mouth.

Honey and sugar shaved ice is fluffy ice sprinkled with fine-grained cane sugar and coarse sugar, and topped with vanilla espuma. The mellow sweetness of millet sugar, combined with the honey flavor that comes with it, adds depth to the sweetness. When honey cools, it has a texture like starch syrup, and you can enjoy it together with the crunchy texture of millet sugar.
