Matcha uses the regional brand "Nishio Matcha" from Nishio, Aichi Prefecture, which is one of Japan's leading matcha producing areas. Matcha, which is characterized by its deep green color, elegant aroma, mild umami and richness, is made into a syrup that is perfect for shaved ice. You can enjoy a "delicious combination of Western and Japanese" woven with cheese cream, boiled red beans, and matcha. The price is 850 yen (excluding tax).

Uses Kyushu (Kagoshima / Miyazaki) roasted green tea, which is made by roasting carefully selected domestic green tea in two stages. A special syrup that retains the original aroma and taste of roasted green tea so that you can enjoy it with shaved ice. Accented with the texture of brown sugar walnuts. The price is 870 yen (excluding tax).
