This is to commemorate the development of the soy sauce "Otamahan" exclusively for egg-shaped rice at "Yoshida Furusato Village" in Unnan City, Shimane Prefecture, and was held in 2005 in the same city. It was established at the Tamago Kake Gohan Symposium.
The symposium was held again this year in Unnan City, and the "2nd TKG Championship" was held as the main event.
In the TKG Championship, all 10 restaurants and Tamagoya-san, which are proud of their egg-shaped rice, sell "egg-shaped rice" in Yoshida-cho, Unnan City, which was the venue for the event. The most delicious omelet rice is decided by the votes of the event visitors. At the first competition held last year, "Harimanada no Sachitamago Kake Gohan" from "Kakogawa Farm Cafeteria" was selected as the most delicious egg-shaped rice among the participating stores.

The third place is "Parent and Child Tamagoya" from "Banshu Himeji Main Store Tamagoya" which opened in Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture. The number of votes received was 56.
"Yume Sodachi" is used for the eggs of "Parent and child ball rice". Rice is "Kinumusume" grown with reduced pesticides. We will put "Hinepon", which originated in Himeji, on the toppings.
The second place is "Treasure Tamago Kake Gohan" from "Tabe and Morita Furusato Village" opened from the local area. The number of votes received was 73.
"Tanabe no Tamago", a fertilized egg laid by chickens raised on flat ground, and "Three-year-aged raw soy sauce" from the long-established soy sauce shop Morita are used for "local treasure tamago kake gohan". The rice is Koshihikari from Yoshida.
The first place was "Harimanada no Sachi Tamago Kake Gohan" from "Kakogawa Farmer's Restaurant" opened in Kakogawa City, Hyogo Prefecture. It seems that the number of votes obtained was 104.
"Harima Nada no Sachi Tamago Kake Gohan" is an egg of Okuno that is particular about domestic feed, and it seems that you can enjoy the taste of Harima.
A long time ago, I ate omelet rice in the United States and then suffered from fluttering on the bed for three days. Egg-topped rice that is commonly eaten in Japan. However, it's really rare and happy to be able to eat eggs raw.
