"Vegetable burger (mushroom)" is a rare burger that uses a whole piece of precious domestic jumbo mushrooms, which is difficult to mass-produce, instead of meat patties. In addition to mushrooms, green curls, tomatoes, and thick-sliced roasted onions are sandwiched as ingredients and seasoned with a special balsamic sauce and egg-free vegetable mayonnaise.
Mushrooms are low in calories and rich in vitamin B2 and dietary fiber. It seems to be a recommended ingredient for people on a diet.
"Vegetable burger (beans)" is a blend of three types of beans, chickpeas, green peas, and red beans, and uses oatmeal as a binder to use "vegetable beans patties." As ingredients, green curls, sliced onions, and caponata are sandwiched, and these are seasoned with vegetable mayonnaise. For the buns, we use pumpkin buns that are kneaded with pumpkin from Hokkaido. It is a vegetable-based hamburger that uses vegetables for all patties, ingredients, and buns.
