"Pasta fondue" to eat in a small pot is offered for a limited time at the bistro BAR "Shibuya 3 (○ ni 3)" in Shibuya. This is Japan's first menu that arranges the popular "tsuke pasta" with a sauce containing plant sterols.

There are 4 types of menus. "Grated summer vegetable pasta fondue" has a light taste that is perfect for the hot summer, which is based on grated cucumber and grated radish. "Colorful summer vegetable jelly pasta fondue" is a fun dish with plump jelly and colorful vegetables.

In addition, "Spicy Bolognese Fondue" has a rich taste that will satisfy even those who want to add stamina. "Mild Carbonara" is a mild carbonara with hot spring eggs topped in a cream sauce with plenty of grated cheese. All of them can be enjoyed in a hot state until the end by adding pasta to the sauce in a small pot that has been cooked.

The menu price is 950 yen each. Served only at dinner time (17:00 to 24:00). Shibuya 3 is open on the 8th floor of GEMS Shibuya, 3-27-11 Shibuya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo.
