This is a pancake finished with the image of combining the juicy taste of peaches with a refreshing rare cheesecake. It seems that a whole fresh white peach of the season, which has been carefully prepared, is topped. Topped with peach ice cream that traps a mellow scent, rare cheesecake-style ice cream using fromage blanc from Hokkaido, and white peach and red peach jelly. It is a dish that I would like to recommend to peach lovers.
