The new pancake "Tiramisu" is on sale at the cafe-equipped shop "Doremo LeTAO" (Chitose, Hokkaido) at the Otaru Western confectionery store LeTAO. The price is 1,500 yen (excluding tax).
This is a pancake made with cream cheese and ricotta cheese, topped with mascarpone mousse and finished like tiramisu. Hidden under the mousse is homemade vanilla ice cream and coffee ice cream rich with caramel. You can enjoy pancakes that melt like snow and the delicate melting of mascarpone mousse that is soft and fluffy.
