Pancakes, which have been popular since their release, are carefully finished in about 20 minutes, and the pastry chef's technique shines. Five types are available, from standard flavors to monthly flavors.

Pancake "Blueberry Lemon"

June-only pancakes where you can enjoy seasonal blueberries in a variety of flavors. Blueberry sweetened flesh sauce, refreshing blueberry sorbet, and fresh blueberries are combined with creamy sweet condensed milk ice cream, whipped cream, and sour honey lemon. The price is 1,500 yen for a single item and 1,830 yen for a drink set (excluding tax).

Andean melon and apricot kernel parfait

A special parfait only for this season, where you can enjoy the representative "melon" of Hokkaido and summer taste. The taste of melon cream and sorbet matches the aroma of apricot kernel pudding. The middle layer of lemon jelly and aloe gives a refreshing aftertaste. The price is 1,200 yen for a single item and 1,530 yen for a drink set (excluding tax).
