Chateraise will be holding a "Momo Fair" from July 15, featuring a variety of sweets using seasonal peaches.

Shateraise Momo Fair

Sweets using sweet and juicy peaches directly from famous peach-growing regions around Japan, including peaches from Yamanashi Prefecture grown in a blessed natural environment, will be available. The implementation period of the Momo Fair differs depending on the store. For details, check the "Momo Fair Campaign Page" on the website (scheduled to be released around July 13).

Yamanashi White Peach Trifle

A Momo Fair limited item topped with luxurious sweet and fragrant Yamanashi white peaches. Wine jelly made with homemade rosé wine "Shiki no Entei" (alcohol content is skipped), sponge, peach sauce, and yogurt cream are layered, topped with Yamanashi white peaches soaked in lemon mint syrup. The refreshing taste of the rosé wine jelly and yogurt cream enhances the sweetness of the white peaches. Only the pulp part of the Yamanashi white peaches is used.

Rare Cheese Tart with Yamanashi White Peaches

A tart filled with Yamanashi white peaches. The tart is made with rare cheese cream with a refreshing sourness made from French cream cheese, softly baked sponge, whipped cream with custard, and a layer of melt-in-your-mouth pure fresh cream from Hokkaido. Accented with the tartness of red currants.

Cocktail Glass Joule: White Peaches and Strawberries/Mixed Fruits from Yamanashi Prefecture

A refreshing cup of sweets that looks and tastes like a cocktail glass. Seasonal Yamanashi white peaches cut by the store's chef and other fresh fruits are locked inside a muscat crushed jelly with moderate acidity made with Hakushu famous water, which has little miscellaneous taste.

Premium Pure Fresh Cream Shortcake with Yamanashi White Peaches

The sponge is baked soft and moist using fresh eggs from Umitate, flour from Hokkaido, and "casonade," sugar made from 100% sugar cane, and is sandwiched between rich, melt-in-your-mouth pure fresh cream and peach jelly with Yamanashi white peaches in syrup. The cake is finished with Yamanashi white peaches as well. Only the pulp part of the white peaches produced in Yamanashi Prefecture is used.

A seasonal flavor of the very popular "Double Cream Puff. The melt-in-your-mouth puff pastry is filled with yogurt-flavored whipped cream and whipped cream with custard cream and white peach jelly. The refreshing flavor of white peaches fills the mouth with a full-bodied aroma.

Seasonal anmitsu topped with white peach in syrup and white peach warabimochi (bracken rice cake). The flavors and sweetness of the ingredients are enhanced when drizzled with molasses.

Yawaraka Ice Bar: Yamanashi Shirato-peach

Shaved ice with a soft texture and sweet and sour yogurt flavor mixed with ice from Hakushu famous water in the Southern Alps and white peach pulp is wrapped in a fruity white peach popsicle made from Yamanashi white peach puree. The crispy texture of the ice is pleasant, and the juicy taste of the white peaches can be enjoyed.
