The new pancake "Berry Chocolat" is on sale at the cafe-equipped shop "Doremo LeTAO" (Chitose, Hokkaido) at the Otaru Western confectionery store LeTAO. The price is 1,390 yen (excluding tax).
This is a pancake that combines "Chocolate Brulee" made with a slightly sour chocolate made from Madagascar cacao and rich berry ice cream in a dough that melts like snow. The brulee is crispy and caramelized to add aroma and finished with a bitter chocolate sauce.
