Chateraise "Mom

o Fair" "Momo Fair" will be held sequentially at all Chateraise stores from July 7. For 10 days only, limited edition cakes using "fully ripe peaches" with soft pulp and high sugar content will be on display in the stores.

Fair This fair features a wide variety of sweets made with luxurious peaches from Yamanashi Prefecture, and the cakes on sale for 10 days only are made with "fully ripe peaches," which are fully exposed to the sun and ripen on the trees, with soft pulp and high sugar content. The freshly picked ripe peaches are shipped directly from Yamanashi Prefecture to stores nationwide, and the fresh peaches are cut at the stores, so the fresh pulp overflows with juice and aroma.

The three cakes available only for the 10-day fair are "Rare Cheese Tart with Ripe Peaches from Yamanashi Prefecture," "Fruit Bomb Cake with Ripe Peaches from Yamanashi Prefecture," and "Parfait with White Peaches from Yamanashi Prefecture.

Rare Cheese Tart

with Ripe Peaches from Yamanashi Prefecture
A seasonal tart with ripe peaches from Yamanashi prefecture piled on top of each other. The tart is made with a refreshingly sour rare cheese cream made with French cream cheese and whipped cream with custard, and is lavishly decorated with soft, sweet and juicy ripe Yamanashi peaches cut at the store. The price is 2,808 yen for a 15cm-diameter whole (tax included, same below) and 421 yen for a piece.

Fruit Bomb Cake - Ripe Yamanashi Peaches

Cocoa sponge, white peach mousse, white peach pulp sauce, and raspberry mousse are layered on top of each other, and decorated with luxurious ripe Yamanashi peaches cut at the store. The sweet aroma of ripe peaches fills the mouth with this peach cake (the ripe Yamanashi peaches are only used for the topping). The price is 507 yen.

Peach Parfait

This fair-only sweet is lavishly topped with sweet and fragrant Yamanashi white peaches, offering a cool appearance and elegant taste of white peaches. Wine jelly made from Chardonnay (white), a fresh wine from our winery, is combined with peach sauce and lemon cream, and topped with Yamanashi white peaches soaked in a refreshing lemon mint syrup. The harmony of the refreshing aroma of the white wine jelly and the sweet flavor of the peaches is superb. Price: 594 yen. No fully ripe peaches are used.
