Thick tsukemen with "plenty of mackerel flavor" on sushi ro--use mackerel crushed from bone

The taste of mackerel is condensed

At each Akindo Sushiro store, "mackerel-based rich seafood tsukemen" will be offered for a limited time from July 15th. The price is 360 yen (excluding tax).

This is a tsukemen that you can enjoy the original seafood-based soup (miso flavor) that maximizes the taste of mackerel. The soup uses "mackerel paste", which is made by crushing mackerel from bones, and has a rich yet refreshing taste. It goes well with the thick noodles that have the flavor of wheat and the sudachi toppings.
