The new "Fukuoka store" of the American steakhouse "Wolfgang Steakhouse by Wolfgang Zwinner" will open on March 14th in Grand Hyatt Fukuoka (Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City).

Wolfgang's Steakhouse was born in New York in 2004 and is a popular restaurant attracting attention from gourmets all over the United States. It landed in Japan in 2014 and has opened the Marunouchi store and the Osaka store, starting with the Roppongi store.
The Fukuoka store, which will be the fourth store in Japan, is the first store in the Kyushu area. The interior is elegantly finished with a large chandelier, a glass-enclosed wine cellar, and a leather sofa.

The restaurant offers "best steaks" that are particular about quality, aging, and grilling. Only beef that has been certified as "prime grade" by the United States Department of Agriculture is used. The steak, which is aged for a long time and then baked in an oven at 900 degrees Celsius, has a crispy surface and juicy gravy from the inside.
The store is located on the 1st floor of Grand Hyatt Fukuoka, 1-2-82 Sumiyoshi, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture. Business hours are from 11:30 to 23:30. The number of seats is 130.
