The signature menu is the steak "Miya Roast" (150g (5.29oz) from 1,380 yen, tax not included), which you can enjoy with the steak sauce "Miya no Tare", which is said to have been aged by a unique manufacturing method. The sauce of the palace is made with onions, garlic, vinegar, and soy sauce, and it is said that it has a simple yet taste that makes the best use of the ingredients. It has been keeping the same taste since its establishment.
