This project was newly started in February of this year (2016). If you order a course of 10,000 yen or more, the first 29 people will be limited, and you can refill as many Chiba brand beef steaks as you like, which is the main dish of each course.

The target courses are "Maihama Course" (10,300 yen), "Seasonal Vegetable Course" (13,400 yen), and "Seasonal Taste" that use abundant meat and seafood from local Chiba prefecture and seasonal vegetables. ◆ Two types of meat, different for each course


The type of meat depends on the course.

You can choose the Maihama course from "Chiba Happiness Kizuna Beef Sirloin Steak 150g (5.29oz)" and the Shunsai Course from the same Kizuna Beef Sirloin Steak as the Maihama Course or the same kind of "Fillet Steak 120g (4.23oz)". You can choose between Manten beef course and Goku course from "Chiba Wagyu" Happy Manten beef "sirloin steak 170g (6oz)" or "Fillet steak 100g (3.53oz)" of the same type. All with seasonal vegetable garnish.
